
We are looking for a motivated Junior Data Management Analyst to support our SAP S/4HANA transformation program. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to develop skills in data quality, SAP systems, and analytics within a global environment.
In this role, you will collaborate with experienced data, functional, and technical teams to help deliver clean, reliable business data. You’ll learn hands‑on how data supports digital operations, reporting, and decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities
Data Quality & Preparation
Support the creation and maintenance of datasets used for reporting and analytics.
Assist in identifying inconsistencies and helping cleanse and validate data.
Learn how to work with data visualization tools such as Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), or Tableau.
SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Support
Participate in data preparation activities for the S/4HANA rollout.
Help collect, review, and organize data from legacy systems.
Collaborate with senior team members to ensure accurate data loads and resolve basic data issues.
Documentation & Processes
Contribute to documenting data processes, standards, and workflows.
Support good data practices across the organization.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
Interest in developing knowledge of SAP systems and data management.
Basic understanding of databases or data concepts (SQL experience is a plus, not a requirement).
Familiarity or coursework in data analysis, ETL concepts, or analytics tools is highly valued.
Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and willingness to learn.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
High level of Spanish and English proficiency.
Nice to Have (Not Required)
These are plus skills, ideal for growth—not mandatory for applying:
Exposure to SAP ERP (university projects, internships, courses, or certificates).
Basic knowledge of SQL or any programming language.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Excel for data analysis.
Understanding of how data flows in business processes (FI/CO, MM, SD, etc.).
Interest in participating in digital transformation projects.
