GEA Group, located in York, PA, is searching for a Sr. Field Service Coordinator to join our Service Team!
Responsibilities:
Prepares and maintains technicians' work schedules and establishes scopes of work for the technicians to complete on-site.
Assembles and dispatches all necessary materials for the scope of work.
Provides quotations, invoices, and works with technicians on the retrieval of work reports.
Acts as the key point of contact in the assigned region for field service quoting, scheduling, and dispatching of personnel.
Creates and maintains field service order data in the CRM and ERP (AX6) system.
Responsible for creating, modifying, reviewing, and closing field service calls in AX6, including parts ordering, activity creation, expense approval, invoicing, and closing.
Supports the operational finance team with account invoice resolution and collection activities.
Follows up with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
Communicates, trains, and ensures adherence to departmental procedures for the service coordinator team.
Applies good business practices to identify opportunities for cost reduction or gross margin improvement by minimizing travel distances, applying surcharges, and identifying areas for cross/up-selling.
Manages technicians based on skills/capabilities and customer relations.
Aware of financial goals and identifies opportunities to meet them.
Responsible for process management and improvement based on business needs.
Assists with field service order management and forecasting reports for service management, including weekly and monthly backlog order and utilization reporting.
Assists with creating and updating work procedures and process improvements based on customer and company feedback.
Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction and net promoter score results from field service customer surveys for the service coordinator team.
Performs other duties as assigned or directed by management.
Profile And Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in business administration or similar degree, or commensurate experience in administrative business operations.
5-7 years of relevant coordination experience preferred.
Excellent organization skills.
Ability to lead, build relationships, and take initiative.
Strong attention to detail.
Strategic agility and innovative thinking.
Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
Strong knowledge of ERP software.
Ability to multitask while working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $27.00 - $32.00 per hour. GEA Group has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States.
The pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for the position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. You may be eligible for additional rewards, such as discretionary bonus (based on eligibility) and/or equity awards.
