The GEA Omni NG control panel delivers enhanced cybersecurity, scalability and digital connectivity for heating and refrigeration system operators. It is built on the legacy GEA Omni with software and hardware upgrades, while maintaining the same look and feel.

An advanced, secure solution for compressor control, refrigeration & heating system control, and retrofit upgrades for existing equipment
Secure - right out of the box
The GEA Omni NG was developed with security in mind. We follow the secure development lifecycle, and our dedicated team of security experts ensure that our control panel is a robust and secure control system.
Easy to use
Known for its intuitive design, the GEA Omni NG is easy for non-technical personnel to use. It delivers what operators expect from a control panel: maximum efficiency and reliable operation of their system.
Complete system control
Designed as an open system, the GEA Omni NG can monitor and control components from GEA as well as those from other companies. This makes it an all-inclusive command center, eliminating the need for auxiliary control systems.
Network integration
The GEA Omni NG appeals to system integrators because it easily integrates with automation control networks. It is factory built to satisfy typical industrial communication standards for the purposes of data exchange with auxiliary, supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) and building management systems.
Documentation at your fingertips
Quick access to documentation can be invaluable during new system commissioning, day-to-day operation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
Monitor the present with GEA OmniLink
Included with every GEA Omni NG control panel is GEA OmniLink – a stand-alone Microsoft Windows© operating system application designed to automatically find GEA Omni NG panels on the same Ethernet network, read panel status, and view the present panel screen as if viewing the panel on-site.
Analyze the past with GEA OmniHistorian
GEA OmniHistorian is a Microsoft Windows© operating system application used to view and analyze historical data. The GEA Omni NG stores years of operating information at a user-defined sampling rate. This consists of I/O data, event logs, parameters, revisions, and annunciations which can be easily transferred over Ethernet using GEA OmniLink.

The breakthrough that changed spray drying
In 1976, NIRO engineers responded to a competitive challenge by rethinking what spray drying could do. Their idea became the multi-stage dryer MSD. Fifty years later, the same fundamental principle helps turn liquids into the powders used in essential nutrition products and important medicines around the world. Refined through decades of engineering expertise, customer insight and continuous development, MSD is a story of innovation with lasting impact.

Beyond the machine: unlocking better plant performance
An efficient machine does not automatically make an efficient factory. Real improvement often starts by looking beyond individual equipment and understanding how processes, energy systems and operating decisions affect one another. It’s a holistic approach designed to uncover opportunities that might otherwise be missed.

How a valve reshapes the way food and drinks are made
In food and beverage plants, valves are commonly operated using compressed air. GEA Hydract® Actuation Technology moves valves with water instead, in a closed, digitally controlled circuit. The result is a valve that can be held exactly in place and steered in fine-tuned steps. This results in lower energy use and greater control.
