The GEA PowerPak SKIN.50 thermoforming machine is engineered for safe, precise packaging of fresh and premium food products, even those with protrusions up to 50 mm and sharp edges. Acting like a second skin, this technology ensures perfect product fit and outstanding presentation, making it the preferred choice for high-quality goods.
With an index length of up to 600 mm, the SKIN.50 is designed for high-capacity applications and offers maximum flexibility by producing skin, MAP, and vacuum packs on a single line. The GEA portfolio covers product protrusions from 0 to 50 mm and total heights up to 100 mm, meeting diverse packaging needs.
Ideal for meat, seafood, cheese, sliced products, and plant-based alternatives, GEA PowerPak preserves juices and flavors while delivering premium appearance and reliability.
