Versatile transport of packages with maximum speed
The automatic converging of packages is a reliable and safe system performed after the form-fill-seal process. The GEA EasyGuide and PowerGuide systems are positioned after the cutting station of a thermoforming packaging machine. They are synchronized to the speed of the thermoformer with a production speed of up to 160 packages per minute with single lane outfeed and 250 packages per minute with dual lane outfeed. These lane converger systems can be easily assembled to various track configurations. They have a hygienic design and provide maximum flexibility and versatility.
Main applications
The GEA EasyGuide and the PowerGuide product family converge all well-known package types – such as MAP, skin and vacuum packs or sustainable solutions such as the GEA FoodTray. The interface belts can be manually adjusted for different package heights without affecting the overall height of the packaging line.

GEA EasyGuide is a compact lane converger system as a smart solution for the outfeed of a thermoforming packaging machine with pack aligning function. It consists of a transfer conveyor and a modular outfeed conveyor belt, which creates the smallest footprint available in this class. GEA EasyGuide converges packs from 2-6 tracks to one and achieves a production speed of up to 70 packages per minute with single lane outfeed.
GEA PowerGuide
GEA PowerGuide is a versatile multi-indexing lane converger system. Consisting of a transfer conveyor, a 750 mm long indexing conveyor, and a modular outfeed conveyor belt, it is easy to configure this lane converger for various track configurations. It converges from 2-6 tracks to one and achieves a feed of up to 100 packages per minute with single lane outfeed.
GEA PowerGuide Speed
GEA PowerGuide Speed is a versatile multi-indexing lane converger system. Consisting of a transfer conveyor, a 600 mm long index drive bed, a 300 mm long high-speed index section and a modular outfeed conveyor belt, it is easy to configure this lane converger for various track configurations. It converges from 2-6 tracks to one and achieves a feed of up to 160 packages per minute with single lane outfeed and up to 250 packages per minute with double lane outfeed.
