GEA’s hair care manufacturing process expertise includes standard and tailor-made mixing and blending, and where a product requires a more stable emulsion through high-pressure homogenization will improve its performance and characteristics. Whether it’s a shampoo, conditioner, hair dye or a styling solution — such as a wax or gel — GEA offers a range of hygienic process solutions for the design and manufacture of liquid and semi-solid hair care products.   

Our process solutions have been developed over decades and our ability to incorporate high shear inline mixers with proprietary vessel mixer design optimizes the rapid blending of liquids of widely differing viscosities, the hydration and dispersal of thickening and stabilizing agents and the emulsification of silicone oils, etc., providing a completely solution to your hair care application.
