Aaron

Aaron McCurdy_16.9

Aaron McCurdy was born and raised in England, where he worked as a maintenance fitter and then as a CNC machining supervisor. In 1995 he moved to New Zealand, and a few years later  became the Workshop Manager for GEA Avapac and shortly after that, an Aftersales and After Market Manager for GEA Nu-con. Since June 2015, Aaron is the Head of Service and Project Execution for New Zealand in the GEA organization.

Aaron is a fitness nut and spends all his spare time doing some form of sports. His main passion is running – be it on or off road – and has participated in a number of ultra-marathons, the longest being a 100 kilometer run. If Aaron is not running, he is riding his 6.8kg road bike with full electronic gearing. Not surprising, that when asked for his drivers, Aaron answered “things that challenge my mind and body to their limits”.
