
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle through Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), including job postings, briefing call scheduling, candidate pre-screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
Ensure process compliance and operational efficiency by adhering to established policies, guidelines, and internal procedures.
Compile recruitment data and prepare operational reports, dashboards, and performance analyses.
Support the end-to-end recruiting process by monitoring defined KPIs and SLAs and maintaining accurate tracking within Workday and other HR systems.
Partner closely with local Recruiting and HR teams to facilitate recruitment, offer, and hiring processes and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Maintain high-quality and accurate HR data to support efficient and compliant HR operations.
Identify process inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement, propose solutions, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to drive operational excellence.
Respond to ad hoc requests and process updates in a timely and professional manner.
Successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification.
Several years of experience in recruiting administration, HR Operations, or a shared services environment.
Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally Workday, and a high affinity for HR systems and digital processes.
Experience managing recruitment administration processes, including reporting, KPI tracking, and data management.
Solid understanding of process governance, compliance requirements, and the importance of data accuracy and quality.
Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on process optimization and operational efficiency.
A strong customer- and service-oriented approach when working with internal stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills in English, additional language skills (Italian, German, Dutch, etc.) are required.
