About the position

GEA Wiegand ist ein traditionsreicher Standort der GEA Group in Ettlingen (Baden‑Württemberg). Das Unternehmen entwickelt und realisiert innovative Prozessanlagen und ‑lösungen, unter anderem in den Bereichen Eindampfung, Destillation, Vakuumtechnik sowie Umwelt- und Energietechnik. Am Standort arbeiten Spezialisten aus Engineering, Projektierung, Forschung & Entwicklung und Service gemeinsam an maßgeschneiderten Lösungen für Kunden aus der Lebensmittel-, Chemie- und Pharmaindustrie sowie dem Umweltbereich.

Your responsibilities and tasks

Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des Finanzbereichs der GEA Wiegand
Verantwortung für die Erstellung, Abstimmung und Steuerung von Budgets, Forecasts und Ad-hoc-Analysen
Laufende Analyse der Ergebnisentwicklung sowie Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen
Übernahme der Funktion des Compliance Managers
Beratende Funktion in allen kaufmännischen und wirtschaftlichen Belangen
Koordination und Überwachung steuerlicher Themen
Aktive Unterstützung bei der weiteren Einführung und Umsetzung des ERP-Systems SAP S/4HANA

Your profile and qualifications

Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium (Bachelor / Master) mit dem Schwerpunkt Finanzen (Controlling / Accounting)
Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im operativen Finanzbereich und Führungserfahrung
Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse im Projektgeschäft (PoC-Bewertung)
Idealerweise Erfahrung in internationalen Konzernstrukturen
Kenntnisse im ERP-System S4/Hana von Vorteil
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
