
Reporting to the Head of Division Controlling, Division Pharma & Food Applications
Develop and roll out project controlling tools, governance standards, and best practices across the Division
Define and support project pre‑calculation standards, benchmarks, and quality checks during pre‑sales and approval phases
Establish project execution controlling, reporting, and rolling forecasts; ensure feedback loops via lessons learned
Provide ongoing controlling support to project managers throughout project execution
Monitor project performance including milestones, timelines, costs, resources, and risks versus budget
Prepare and facilitate monthly and quarterly project review meetings with a focus on financial and commercial objectives
Conduct project risk assessments and contribute to internal risk reporting
Prepare monthly project controlling reports and PoC accounting in line with IFRS for external reporting
Successfully completed academic degree (e.g. Master’s in Business Administration, Finance, or comparable)
Several years of relevant professional experience in finance / controlling within an international environment
Experience with IFRS and Percentage‑of‑Completion (PoC) accounting is an advantage
Solid understanding of ERP systems, ideally SAP R/3 and modules FI/CO, CO‑PA, BW
Experience with data management and analytics tools (e.g. Advanced Excel, Alteryx)
Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or Power BI
Exposure to automation solutions (e.g. Power Apps, Azure Dataverse) is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong focus on Excel and PowerPoint
Fluent in German and English language
