Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Identify and remove obstacles to enable team productivity and continuous improvement.
Coach teams on Agile principles and best practices while ensuring alignment with business goals.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to help deliver high-value solutions.
Your profile and qualifications
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a tech-driven or product-focused environment.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks — Scrum and Kanban.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) preferred.
