We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analysis, statistical methods, and machine learning techniques. They will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights to drive decision-making processes and improve business performance.
Responsibilities
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through reports and visualizations.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular data validation and cleansing.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in data science and machine learning.
Your profile and qualifications
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
>5 years proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL.
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.
Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or cloud platform.
