Your responsibilities and tasks
As the Workstream Lead Lead to Cash (L2C) (f/m/d), you will drive the design, implementation, and stabilization of the L2C scope within the global Transform360 Wave 4 program. You will ensure alignment between business requirements, global process standards, and rollout activities while collaborating with business, IT, and external implementation partners.
- Lead the global L2C workstream across all project phases from design through hypercare
- Own the successful delivery of the Lead-to-Cash scope and ensure alignment with the global template
- Drive process and solution design decisions in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional topics and dependencies with other workstreams
- Manage risks, issues, and escalations within the L2C domain
- Oversee testing activities (FUT, SIT, UAT) and ensure business readiness for go-live
Your profile and qualifications
- Strong experience in Lead-to-Cash (L2C) processes and related business functions
- Proven leadership experience in global or multi-country transformation projects
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective process and system solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with system integrators and global delivery models.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
