
The purpose of the job is optimizing dashboards and KPI tracking in the Sales function by rolling out digital solutions. Maintains and improves internal digital solutions, there also will be a clear focus on CRM and customer-related data:
• Collect and align data with several checks on Sales tools to identify GEA market share and market trends
• Provide data analysis to support management reporting and decision making.
• Support sales teams generating regular reports on Sales activities, including dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Track the progress of sales proposals and ensure alignment within Sales tools.
• Continuously improve CRM systems to enhance order intake forecasting and customer relationship processes.
• Support implementation of solutions based on the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, SharePoint Online, …) and SAP C4C.
• Support the sales team to develop and prepare customer-specific offers and proposals.
• Manage correspondence to customers and Front Line Sales staff worldwide
• Translate various sales documents and technical reports.
• Organise customer visits
• Draft contracts in alignment with GEA rules (legal templates, etc.)
• Follow up post-contract correspondence in co-operation with the Project Management Department
• Digital filing of correspondence
• Process sales orders in the ERP system, with relevant tracking and filing
