
Take ownership for selected Workday and ServiceNow areas and act as the key contact for configuration, improvements, and further development.
Analyse requirements, assess change requests, and translate business needs into scalable and sustainable system configurations.
Configure Workday modules and support ServiceNow configuration changes, including structured documentation.
Analyze Workday releases, assess impacts, validate new features, and drive the adoption of relevant changes.
Manage & implement cross-module configurations and broader system updates across Workday and ServiceNow.
Support project-driven configuration activities, testing, cutover validation, and readiness activities while ensuring alignment with architectural and design principles.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, People Services, IT teams, and internal/external partners to drive harmonization and standardization across regions and teams.
Several years of hands‑on Workday configuration experience in an international environment.
Experience with reporting, cross‑module logic, or complex business process configuration in Workday.
Experience in digital process design, including translating business needs into scalable, automated workflows.
Broad functional understanding across multiple Workday modules.
Experience analyzing releases, validating impacts, and supporting feature adoption.
Familiarity with ServiceNow HRSD module and configuration or willingness to learn.
Strong skills in requirement refinement, stakeholder alignment, and solution design.
Analytical, structured, and solution‑oriented working style.
Confident and clear communicator across stakeholder levels.
Fluent in English.
Preferred
Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence).
SQL knowledge or willingness to learn.
German language skills.
Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, HR, Computer Science, or a related field.
