The new GEA Rod Cutter is designed for long, uninterrupted production runs, guaranteeing five days of continuous operation without frequent blade changeover and contributing to overall line stability. This is made possible thanks to remote control of the cutting blades, enabling to switch between clockwise and counterclockwise rotation in real time. The machine improved design, features an integrated pneumatic conveyor within the machine structure. This results in a more compact machine design allowing footprint savings and improved space efficiency on the production floor.
