鸟巢成型机
压片辊装置位于挤压头下方；可拆卸，用于直接挤出产品的生产。鸟巢成型设备，直接在挤压模具下方安装有12或24条管子。带有采用透明食物级材料制成的输送管，用于检查意面条带的长度。
下部预烘干机
装在面盒中被送到预烘干机的鸟巢意面，经过强力通风，以达到理想的形状并防止粘连。
上部预烘干机和TAS烘干机
本机由两部分组成。在第一阶段，鸟巢意面预先在它们的面盒中预烘干，直到达到合适的刚度为止。在第二阶段，鸟巢意面通过输送带进入主烘干机。
储存
该区域可作为缓冲区，其装载和卸载阶段由自动序列根据预设值进行调节，这些预设值可由操作员进行编程，以适应不同的包装要求或管理不同类型鸟巢意面的生产。
