Versatile heating options

Direct and indirect UHT: The pilot plant can commonly be configured to run both direct (steam injection or infusion) and indirect (heat exchanger) UHT processes, providing you with the flexibility to test different methods.

Adjustable temperature and time: Precise control over temperature (typically between 135-150°C) and holding time (usually 2-6 seconds) allows you to mirror various industrial conditions.
