技术规格
先进技术产品防夹检测
使用该功能，即使产品意外地卡在封口区域，也能保证生产不中断。如果发生这种情况，自动产品防夹检测功能会自动生产一个双连包，避免产品污染或损伤封口钳或刀具，从而确保生产过程不中断。实际上不需要停机，因此可以最大程度降低产品与包材的浪费。
耐用的成形装置
带有调节板的 GEA 成型装置采用了合成材料，可以减少磨损，提供额外的保护，并能延长使用寿命。有了调节板，同一个成形肩，可以生产搭接式或鱼鳞式两种背封形式。每个成形装置都采用硬化表面，确保在潮湿的环境下也能平稳运行。根据您不同袋型需求地实际情况， 成形装置可以和 SmartPacker 包装机一起订购，也可以后续作为额外的备件单独采购。
