Product Manager Forming Equipment

• Incorporate automation, digitalization (DIGI) and Sustainability in the roadmap

• Engage closely with key customers to understand their future needs and innovations that matter most. Monitor market and technology trends to recognize and seize new opportunities.

• Lead successful market introductions, training programs, and product launch plans with Sales Steering and Marketing

• Proven experience in product management, strategy, or business development within a technical or industrial environment

• Strong strategic and entrepreneurial mindset

• Excellent cross-functional leadership and matrix management skills

• Deep understanding of product development, market dynamics, and value chains

• Passion for innovation, sustainability, and customer success
