GEA PowerHeat

Designed for high-performance thermoforming, the GEA PowerHeat features up to 12 independent heating zones, an ultra-thin heating plate, and a temperature delta of just 1–2°C across the surface. This precise control not only ensures excellent forming quality but also enables up to 25% higher productivity and 30% energy savings.

GEA PowerJet

Packaging delicate or coated products often leads to sealing issues due to product movement during gassing. The GEA PowerJet addresses this with a laminar gas flow that minimizes turbulence inside the package. This reduces the movement of crumbs, slices or particles, resulting in a cleaner sealing area and fewer rejected packages.
