常圧蒸留後の原油は減圧蒸留塔に送られます。蒸留塔は多段蒸気エジェクタによって減圧されます。
- ブースターエジェクタ (最初のエジェクタは蒸留塔に接続)
- メインコンデンサおよび脱気ユニット (場合によっては蒸気エジェクタ付き)
- 液封真空ポンプ
ジェット式真空ポンプは蒸留塔の減圧のため液封ポンプと組み合わせてよく使用されます。
この 2 種類のポンプの組み合わせは単純ですが、適切な制御システムを使用することで、冷却水、電力および駆動媒体の消費低減が可能です。
コンデンサはジェット式真空ポンプ間に設置されます。排出された蒸気と駆動媒体は凝縮されるため、液封真空ポンプでの処理量は削減されます。
GEA のジェット式真空ポンプはこのような用途に最適です。このポンプは大容量のガスを処理できるうえ保守の必要はほとんどありません。適切な材料選定によって腐食も防止できます。
