The environmental dewatering centrifuge trailer is a self-contained unit that features a GEA biosolids Decanter centrifuge prime 4000. This 48-foot trailer includes all the equipment necessary to perform pilot testing and demonstrations at any facility.
Testing can be utilized to determine scale-up to a full-size operation. The Decanter centrifuge prime 4000 operates at speeds that generate 4,100 x G. We can vary speed to demonstrate the effects of G x Volume which permits scaling to both the GEA prime and pro series of decanters. An air-conditioned control room houses our lab equipment and training displays. The trailer is available for use throughout North America.
