Test brews on an industrial plant with a brew size of 450 hectoliters demonstrated that thermal stress (TBI) and energy consumption are significantly lower with GEA QBOIL. The concentrations of free DMS and DMS-P showed no significant differences. Coagulable nitrogen levels in the finished wort also increased. Source: GEA
