
As our new Engineering Manager for Liquid Technologies, you will lead and support the engineering team while ensuring efficient execution across customer projects and engineering activities. You will play a central role in coordinating resources, supporting technical clarifications and securing timely engineering, design and documentation deliveries mainly for Nordic markets.
Your role combines people leadership, operational planning and technical responsibility in a highly collaborative matrix organisation. You will work closely with Project Management, Quality Control, Supply Chain, Application Managers and our global engineering functions to ensure alignment between business priorities, engineering standards and customer requirements.
More specifically, you will:
Lead project engineering activities, ensuring that our solutions consistently meet customer expectations and project requirements.
Manage your engineering team and ensure the right resources are available for projects, engineering tasks and technical support activities.
Plan and coordinate department resources, follow up on project progress in compliance with GEA best practices and contribute with scope clarifications, technical input and review estimations for new projects.
Ensure efficient utilization of resources from our global engineering team while securing correct engineering documentation, drawings and customer specifications.
Drive optimization and implementation of improvements within engineering processes, tools and templates in cooperation with engineering teams in DACH Nordic cluster.
Support alignment with our Engineering Excellence regarding engineering standards, tools, product compliance and strategic initiatives across functions and business areas.
With your ability to combine leadership and technical understanding, you create structure and progress across engineering activities and teams. Experience from complex engineering environments enables you to navigate confidently across stakeholders, functions and international collaborations.
Finally, we imagine that you:
Have extensive experience from engineering, equipment or food and beverage manufacturing.
Preferably bring some years of leadership experience.
Hold a degree in engineering, preferably within process or mechanical engineering or similar.
Have experience with engineering-to-order, design engineering and customer projects.
Are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
