
Managing and improving sustainability ratings:
Coordinate and support ESG rating activities (e.g., EcoVadis, CDP)
Analyze trends, requirements, and optimization opportunities in collaboration with internal stakeholders
Communicating sustainability internally and externally:
Develop and implement communication and marketing campaigns in collaboration with departments or GEA divisions
Design impactful internal formats that make sustainability tangible for more than 18,000 employees worldwide
Write and manage content for the website and intranet
Collaborate with internal communication channels such as the intranet, internal news, town halls, and global programs (e.g., trainings, events)
Further developing strategic communication:
Create value propositions aligned with regulatory and market-specific sustainability trends
Translate complex topics into audience-specific formats – visually, textually, and digitally
University degree in marketing, communications, sustainability, business, or a related field
2–3 years of relevant work experience and a strong interest in ESG topics, sustainability ratings, and (B2B) communication
Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented working style with process-driven thinking
Strong strategic and conceptual thinking with the ability to develop ideas both abstractly and concretely
Strong organizational skills, creativity, and a good sense for storytelling and audience needs
Project management skills and enthusiasm for working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
Eagerness to work in a dynamic, international, and interdisciplinary environment
