
Lead procurement and supply chain operations within the country/cluster, ensuring alignment with divisional and corporate strategies.
Implement global category strategies (direct and indirect) and logistics standards within the local organization.
Balance functional, category-driven, and local operational requirements to ensure optimal capacity and resource allocation.
Act as the primary interface for the Division on all procurement and supply chain matters.
Actively participate in presales and project phases, providing cost insights, delivery timelines, and sourcing strategies to enhance competitiveness.
Collaborate closely with other Heads of Procurement & Supply Chain across the region to deploy resources effectively and support strategic initiatives.
Ensure robust cooperation with project management, engineering, planning, Strategic Buyers, Category Managers, and cross-divisional teams.
Partner with Finance, HR, QHSE, Marketing, Sales, and Service to improve organizational effectiveness and achieve business objectives.
Drive value creation through material cost management, supplier performance, logistics optimization, inventory control, working capital efficiency, and quality improvement.
Ensure reliable availability of materials and services, meeting performance targets for cost, delivery, and quality.
Synchronize customer requirements with supplier flows to optimize delivery performance and working capital.
Oversee facility management activities to ensure efficient and compliant site operations.
Lead global and local supplier collaboration, ensuring quality, availability, and competitive commercial conditions.
Conduct strategic negotiations, define pricing, contractual terms, and payment conditions in line with organizational standards.
Set savings targets, control category spend, and oversee the implementation and reporting of cost reduction initiatives.
Manage key suppliers and assess supplier performance to secure priority needs for the business.
Drive procurement and supply chain transformation initiatives to reduce COGS, indirect costs, and overhead.
Champion automation, digitalization, and ERP/tool enhancement to improve efficiency and transparency.
Lead continuous improvement of supply chain processes, structures, methods, and team capabilities.
Ensure compliance with procurement procedures, corporate policies, statutory regulations, and QHSE standards.
Provide regular reporting of KPIs and ensure full accountability for achieving performance targets.
Serve as the key point of contact for the Procurement & Supply Chain BU Head and Corporate Procurement & Supply Chain.
Demonstrate strong enterprise leadership by fostering collaboration, supporting organizational priorities, and driving a culture of excellence and customer centricity.
Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field.
Additional certifications in procurement, supply chain, or project management are an advantage.
5+ years of professional experience in Procurement and Supply Chain management, including end‑to‑end procurement processes.
Minimum 5 years of international contract management experience, with proven negotiation responsibilities across global supplier markets.
Demonstrated success in supplier management, category management, and implementing corporate procurement standards.
Experience working in complex matrix organizations as well as centralized structures.
Strong background in supply/demand planning, material management, warehousing, and multi‑site logistics operations.
Proven track record in leading corporate supply chain networks and driving transformation or change management initiatives.
Hands-on experience optimizing materials flow and logistics processes.
Proficiency in ERP and digital procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba, S2P) and Business Intelligence reporting tools.
Strong leadership capabilities with experience developing, coaching, and motivating teams.
Excellent ability to network, influence, and build relationships across functions and geographies.
High intercultural awareness and sensitivity, with experience operating in global environments.
Demonstrated executive advocacy and ability to engage senior-level stakeholders.
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.
High business acumen with good judgment and decision‑making skills.
Proven ability to drive process optimization, operational efficiency, and cost reduction initiatives.
