
Within the HRT Academy, we are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Trainer to educate people about Heating and Refrigeration technologies.
You will develop technical training programs and help others develop skills that will make them better professionals."
You will be located in Den Bosch.
Devise technical training programs according to organizational requirements, for GEA internal employees as well as for Customers
Produce training schedules and classroom agenda
Determine course content, according to objectives, in relation to heating and refrigeration aspects (mechanical, electrical, automation, processes, safety, technologies, software tools and business / sales aspects) and including the definition of:
Target groups (identification of the roles to which the training is addressed to) and prerequisites to access the training (what need to be known before to attend the training)
Learning targets (learning / tasks that are expected to be known after the training)
Story board / agenda of the training with definition of necessary modules / chapters / topics to be explained
Training material and methodology to be used for each topic, including script for the spoken part and explanation for the interactive or practical part
documents and material eventually necessary to handover pre / post training
evaluation points (what would need to be evaluated after the training to improve it)
evaluation test (where applicable)
Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.)
Execute live training sessions both face to face as well as webinars and video, execute and facilitate workshops or exercises etc. in groups or individually
Arrange for and conduct on-site training when needed
Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc.
Observe and evaluate results of training programs
Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements
Preferred education:
Degree in an Industrial Refrigeration technical field OR similar
Certification such as CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer) is a strong asset
Professional Knowledge and Experiences :
Several years of experience in the technical field of Industrial Refrigeration
Experience as trainer is preferable
Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools
Experience in designing course content
Working knowledge in MS Office (especially PowerPoint)
Knowledge of Digi learning platforms would be preferred
Fluent in English, additional languages would be preferred

Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Willingness to travel
Strong team and communication skills, empathy
Ability to address training needs with complete courses
