
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced commercially focused manager to lead our sales support department and support the wider sales team across new machines and service within the UK division of Pure Flow Processing. The role will support all elements of the sales process from tender submissions to contract negotiation.
Key responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management
Line management of the Sales Support Manager and Sales Support Co‑ordinator
Day‑to‑day coordination, prioritisation, and workload planning for the sales support functions in loading customer orders, order confirmations and customer invoices
Oversee raising of supplier purchase orders and processing of supplier invoices
Clear communication of priorities and status to internal stakeholders
Act as the escalation point for commercial, sales administration, and customer issues
Commercial & Contract Management
Support and lead contract negotiations in line with governance procedures for all areas of the business
Review, negotiate, and gain legal approval for all Non‑Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
Pre‑qualification, review, and compliance checking of contracts and orders
Engage Legal where required for contractual guidance and risk management
Orders, Tenders & Compliance
Support tender submissions from a commercial perspective
Review all incoming customer orders and flag compliance or commercial risks
Submit e-Approvals, TIP applications, and compliance approvals.
Complete customer questionnaires (Commercial, Financial, QSHE, etc.)
Financial & Forecasting Support
Review customer credit status and advise on payment milestones and terms
Support sales and order forecasting (monthly, quarterly, and annual)
Support in maintaining a rolling 12‑month invoice forecast for projects and rentals
Support Finance with audits and assist Credit Control with debt resolution
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field
Background in Commercial and contractual negotiation
Experience of bid and tender management
Understanding of financial principals and risk management
Leadership: Proven track record of leading and developing successful commercial support function
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse complex data and financial trends to inform strategic decisions.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
IT skills: Use of SAP, CRM & MS (Excel & word).
