
As a Business Application Consultant (IT) you will collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives related to our critical engineering applications. You will be responsible for implementing, configuring, customizing, and supporting our Siemens Teamcenter environment and its integrations with various CAD tools. This is a hands-on role focused on streamlining Product Lifecycle Management, ensuring system reliability, and providing expert guidance to our global user base.
Your tasks & responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' current PLM processes and systems.
Develop and present comprehensive PLM strategies and solutions tailored to clients' requirements.
Lead the implementation and migration of PLM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and security compliance.
Perform day-to-day IT application support for CAD- and PLM solutions
Provide training and support to clients' teams to ensure successful adoption of PLM solutions.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented PLM solutions, making necessary adjustments to optimize results.
Stay up to date with the latest PLM trends, technologies, and best practices.
Your profile:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in PLM consulting or a related role.
In-depth knowledge of PLM processes, tools, and technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Experience with PLM system administration, preferably Siemens Teamcenter.
Preferably knowledge with CAD interfaces, especially SolidWorks, Inventor and CREO.
Strong knowledge about Windows, Infrastructure, Network environments.
