Have a challenge that can’t be handled in the field? We have two OEM authorized repair facilities in North America. They serve as a base for specially trained personnel who have the proprietary knowledge for necessary equipment repairs. Further, both locations offer the sophisticated tools needed to put equipment back in working order. To begin a request for service at one of our North American locations, please complete the Return Goods Authorization.
Service level agreements are available to all our customers. As part of this program, we prepare maintenance plans together with you, always striving to boost equipment performance. This way of working means that you will benefit from the latest technology, with reduced risk and improved cost management.
