Aseptic divert valves are used for divert functions in UltraClean and Aseptic processing plants.
The three valve lines distinguish themselves via the hermetic sealing concept. The Aseptomag® valve lines is based on stainless steel bellow technology, where the D-tec® valve lines uses stem diaphragm technology to hermetically seal the sterile process area against atmosphere. Both valve lines are mainly used for dairy, beverage and food applications. The VESTA® valve lines bases on PTFE bellow technology and is a true asset for applications in the pharmaceutical, biotech and cosmetics industry. All three valve lines are based on a modular structure and therewith enable the adaption of the valve configuration to process requirements.
