As the interface between the animal and the milking machine, liners and hose must fulfill strict hygiene regulations. In order to withstand the high levels of mechanical stress and chemical exposure our liners and hoses are subjected to a comprehensive range of field tests and quality tests beginning during the initial development phases and continuing onward to the dairy farm.
Silicone's low intermolecular forces lend it excellent chain dynamics. This provides the material with very high elasticity and pliability, properties that are retained even after long-term usage. This ensures that the liners remain highly flexible and capable of adapting to the cow's highly sensitive teats.

The rubber liners are made of a special organic rubber and are available in single-part and multi-part versions (in combination with an inspection glass and a short milk hoses).

IQPro – unique and just for your IQ cluster! You will quickly benefit from the well thought-out functions and the IQPro’s optimum material properties. Only silicone is just as adaptable and flexible as a human hand. It always retains its elasticity regardless of the ambient temperature, which means that it keeps its milking properties constant and this guarantees durable high performance. IQPro gives you all the benefits associated with this high-tech silicone material and guarantees optimum adhesion, higher throughput and operating efficiency.
A silicone liner needs to fit to the teat like a good shoe fits the foot. ClassicPro‘s flexible lip fits gently to any teat shape. Milking is more soothing for the animal because its teats are not pinched. The ClassicPro range now has the right silicone liner for all teat sizes. The ClassicPro silicone liner ensures maximum milk flow, the best possible teat condition and maximum milking out.
ClassicPro GQ is the name of the unique new silicone liner from GEA for the Classic 300 milking cluster. Benefit from the well thought-out, new design – because the round liner is square inside.

For the milkers of today and tomorrow: The liner from GEA is called IQLiner and is unique in that it is fitted individually onto the IQ cluster! Take advantage of the optimum adhesion and flexibility on the udder! The well thought-out benefits of our IQLiner ensure animal-friendly milking together with the best possible teat conditions and the well proven rubber material works as reliably as ever.
For maximum yield and optimum cow comfort the best liners fit the teats - like a glove. An optimum fit is offered by GEA: Classic Teat Liner - especially suited to narrow teats for a perfect fit on the udder:
This first‑of‑its‑kind product incorporates patented technology to automatically apply post‑dip, through the head of the liner at the end of milking, and automatically backflush after detach – facilitating a superior milk harvesting process every time the cow enters the parlor.
The new milk guide piece has been designed following the natural structure of a cows udder. It is sub-divided into four guide chambers. The milk flows directly and quarter individual to the outlet. Thanks to the incline in the respective cluster chamber this process is faster and much more gentle.
The milking cluster is the point where the machinery attaches to the cow. On the one hand, the milking process should be as efficient as possible, but on the other, it shouldn't damage the cow's sensitive udder. The Classic 300 and 300 E milking clusters fulfil both of these requirements and provide a range of important benefits.
To ensure that the milking process is both fast and comfortable, the milking cluster must be positioned perfectly under the udder. Otherwise it can be very uncomfortable for the cow. Get it right every time by fitting your milking parlor with a professional milking cluster positioning system. These products help to ensure that the weight of the milking cluster is distributed evenly across the udder. This accelerates the milking process, giving you higher throughput and yields for your dairy, as well as happier cows. As an agricultural systems provider, we are proud to offer you a range of cleverly designed solutions for milking cluster positioning, specially developed for your milking parlor. An overview of the professional milking cluster positioning products from GEA:
Whether pneumatic or electronic, with or without stimulating pulsator and automatic cluster removal - the pulsation rate must be right. Good pulsation technology increases milk production and ensures better health of udders.
No matter which type of pump you will choose: all vacuum systems are designed for a higher performance. Our low-vacuum philosophy provides healthy udders and increases the medium-term performance.
