Resource-Efficient Configuration
GEA ReFlow recirculates the plant process water used by high-pressure homogenizers to cool and lubricate plungers, making the operation of GEA machines more resource-efficient.

Imagine adding value to your utilities savings and contributing to a more sustainable world. Only by choosing a GEA homogenizer.
GEA ReFlow recirculates the process water used by high-pressure homogenizers to cool and lubricate plungers. This reduces significantly the amount of treated process water or potable city water used. The unit can operate independently using its built-in control system, exchanging signals with the homogenizer and the associated process, or it can be fully integrated by incorporating the provided functional description into the process control system.

**Actual water savings depend on the homogenizer model and specific application.

GEA AirFlow is the water-saving device for homogenizers that cools the oil in the transmission body and gearbox using air instead of traditional water‑based methods.

GEA PureFlow is the bypass oil-filtering unit for homogenizers that guarantees continuous oil regeneration by removing particles, water and corrosive gases.

The Ariete machines are the state-of-the-art technology for powerful reliable high pressure homogenizers and customized solutions.

Thermoforming has long played a central role in food packaging. Now it is facing a major shift. As regulations tighten, materials evolve and costs rise, form fill seal lines must do more than run reliably – they now shape how food stays fresh, affordable and recyclable. Take a look at the key thermoforming trends informing the food packaging and delivery landscape.

From the orchards of the Cape to store shelves across 40 countries, the South African packhouse Betko has built a business on freshness, timing and reliability. With GEA’s controlled atmosphere refrigeration technology, the company can now store apples and pears for up to 14 months and cut energy consumption by 20%, with a partnership of more than 30 years at the heart of it all.
