The Oil Purification System (O.P.S.) is the by-pass filtration unit able to maintain high oil quality and to guarantee a continuous oil regeneration by removing particles, water, corrosive gases and impurities enhancing oil lifetime, quality and safety.

The aim of the overpressure safety valve, available as standard, is to prevent pressure peaks and malfunctioning working machine with consequent more durable critical components lifetime.
Together with Mona Neubaur, Minister of Economic Affairs of the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia, GEA CEO Stefan Klebert has opened a new technology center for pharmaceutical freeze-drying systems in Elsdorf, Germany. GEA employs approximately 260 people at the facility, which combines research and development with production and service under one roof.
