Rotating Cleaners
The TB2 / TB3 with their effective drive mechanism and the slow constant rotation speed ensure a consistent cleaning result with a very low maintenance. They are suitable for different cleaning fluids and across a wide temperature range and offer a compact cleaning solution by minimal moving parts.

Wash fluid drives a simple rotating motor, which drives the rotating ball. All the wash fluid exits the unit through the small number of large holes. The specially designed pattern of holes ensures the high power jets use the minimum amount of wash fluid to deliver optimum performance.
The slow rotating cleaner TB is ideal for replacing fixed or rotating spray balls. The high energy, high impact jets provide very effective cleaning. Compact in design, effective in performance, they meet all hygienic design requirements, which makes them highly suitable for the pharmaceutical, and biotech industries as well as food, beverage and other hygiene conscious industries.

The rotating jet cleaner Type 2E is built for hanging in tanks in numerous industries. Whereas the Type 2B is suitable for mobile cleaning because it is placed on a trestle. Both cleaners ensure a professional cleaning result by being built robust and deliver various possible spray patterns.

The Slow Rotating Cleaner Turbo SSB is the new generation of rotating and mobile jet cleaners with the slotted spray ball format where the ball bearings are removed, and the rotation speed is slowed down.

The Slow Rotating Cleaner Sanitor is ideally suited for applications where a compact, low flow and high sanitary unit is required. The omission of bearings greatly increases the unit life and prohibits any contamination issues associated with bearing degradation.

Thermoforming has long played a central role in food packaging. Now it is facing a major shift. As regulations tighten, materials evolve and costs rise, form fill seal lines must do more than run reliably – they now shape how food stays fresh, affordable and recyclable. Take a look at the key thermoforming trends informing the food packaging and delivery landscape.

From the orchards of the Cape to store shelves across 40 countries, the South African packhouse Betko has built a business on freshness, timing and reliability. With GEA’s controlled atmosphere refrigeration technology, the company can now store apples and pears for up to 14 months and cut energy consumption by 20%, with a partnership of more than 30 years at the heart of it all.
