Accessories for Cleaning Devices
There are three different versions of cleaning lances available:
Tank dimensions, tank design and the intended use of the tank must be taken into consideration for the determination of the spray ball type, installation depths and clearance.
GEA recommends installing the dirt arrester in the CIP supply line close to the tank washer to protect it against particulate blocking or damage. Consequently downtimes of the cleaning devices can be avoided.

The monitoring sensor SMV 100 is a compact capacitive monitoring sensor for jet detection at orbital cleaning devices. It is especially suited for monitoring cleaning processes in large-volume tanks. The cleaning media used must be based on water.
The orbital tank cleaner Tempest is designed to be one of the most powerful, and versatile cleaning units in it’s class. The sleek, smooth exterior, combined with the unit’s self cleaning abilities, provides an ultra hygienic exterior surface suitable for use in the most hygiene conscious environments.
The orbital tank washer Tornado is liquid driven and can be used for mobile or stationary applications. The round jet nozzles rotate in two planes and produce focused high impact jets generating a highly efficient 3D wash pattern.
The orbital cleaner type Twister is designed for tank inside cleaning and stationary installation. This cleaner has been designed for installation and operation at any angle. Due to its compact design the orbital cleaner Twister can be fitted through 100mm / 4inch hole
The tank washer Typhoon is designed for tank inside cleaning and stationary installation. This unit has been designed for installation and operation at any angle.

The tank safety system VARITOP® is a modular system based on standardized components. VARITOP® is used for tank cleaning, to protect tanks against inadmissible overpressure and vacuum and for controlled gassing and degassing.
