ConsiGma®
This standalone module allows you to start developing your PAT models for a pharmaceutical continuous manufacturing process offline during the early stages of R&D.

LightHouse Probe®
In a continuous manufacturing process, process analytical technology (PAT) tools are often used as an integral part of the control strategy. Model development can, however, be time-consuming.
The ConsiGma® PAT test rig allows customers to start PAT model development offline, long before the entire plant is installed, in a set-up similar to the production environment.

Read more about how GEA and its partners are implementing this technology to lead the way toward smaller, more flexible, continuous processing technologies that are transforming the future of pharmaceutical development and manufacturing.

An indispensable part of the ConsiGma portfolio, the Conductor control system architecture ensures smooth operation and communication between the different elements of a pharmaceutical continuous manufacturing line

The Lighthouse Probe® can be used for real-time monitoring of chemical and pharmaceutical processes and provides in-process window cleaning at any time, recalibration during the process, full CIP (cleaning) of wash housing and seal, and a clear view inside – even in difficult conditions.

The ConsiGma® Film Coater is based on the GEA high-performance tablet coating technology that gently and accurately deposits controlled amounts of coating materials onto tablet cores — even if they are hygroscopic or friable.

The ConsiGma® 1 offers standalone continuous twin-screw granulation and drying for small-scale R&D operations. It allows users to develop the process and achieve high granule quality on a compact unit.
GEA’s past fiscal year was one of significant growth and further profitability gains. In particular, the technology group substantially increased order intake, with all divisions contributing here. GEA also made progress in all Mission 30 strategic growth areas. In addition, GEA met key interim targets under its climate plan ahead of schedule. Major milestones in fiscal year 2025 were admission to the DAX index, the award of one of the largest contracts in the company’s history, and streamlining of the corporate structure.
Thanks to a new SmartParc manufacturing site, food processors in the U.K. are cutting their running costs and emissions. With GEA heating and cooling technology at its core, this collaborative production model demonstrates how innovation is accelerating the industry’s net-zero ambitions.
“Brewing eggs is like brewing beer.” It’s the kind of comparison that makes you smile – and then it clicks: Something complex suddenly feels simple. Through this personal film, set in the agricultural heartland of the U.S., we explore precision fermentation and the real-world work it takes to turn an idea into food.
