Homogenization in the Dairy industry

This story takes us inside one of Italy’s most historic dairies, where innovation and tradition work hand in hand. Over the past years, Latteria Soligo has integrated several GEA homogenizers into its production line, alongside the coneVerge® and the NiSoMate® — two of our latest product innovations.
As an important development partner during the launch of these technologies, the company played a key role in testing and validating their performance in real production conditions. Today, the dairy expresses complete satisfaction with the results achieved. They highlight tangible improvements in the organoleptic quality of their finished products, confirming the real value that coneVerge is capable of advanced separation and homogenization technologies can bring to dairy processing.
Their experience reinforces our ongoing commitment to supporting producers with reliable, high-efficiency solutions that elevate product quality and optimize operations. This partnership not only demonstrates the strength of GEA’s technology, but also the importance of working closely with our customers to shape the future of food processing.

Latteria Soligo was founded in 1883 as an Agricultural Cooperative Society with the aim of improving the lives of the farming communities in the hills of Treviso. Its bylaws already expressed a strong mission focused not only on milk quality, but also on animal welfare, environmental protection, and fair compensation for farmers. “To create perfect products,” the founders wrote in the original charter — and indeed, the first recognitions soon followed. Within just a few years, the dairy earned medals for its butter and cheeses at international exhibitions. A story that has been unfolding for 140 years!
