Your responsibilities and tasks
- Lead the warranty process and manage customer and supplier claims.
- Coordinate investigations, corrective actions, and 8D problem-solving activities.
- Act as the primary contact for major quality issues and customer escalations.
- Monitor quality performance throughout project execution and service operations.
- Collaborate closely with Project Execution, Service, Sales, Procurement, factories, and customers.
- Support service and commissioning teams in resolving technical and quality-related issues.
- Maintain quality records, reporting systems, CRM tools, and lessons learned databases.
- Analyze quality costs, trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and implement quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Build and execute the quality strategy for the Eastern Europe Cluster while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Your profile and qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, warranty management, claims handling, or a related field.
- Technical, engineering, or project management background.
- Fluent English and Polish.
- Experience in process development and continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and customer-facing situations.
- Experience in a technical, industrial, manufacturing, or project-based environment.
- Knowledge of quality methodologies (e.g., RCA, 8D) and CRM systems will be an advantage.
- Available for occasional business travel.
