About the position
Your responsibilities and tasks
- Preparar cotizaciones de acuerdo con las necesidades del cliente.
- Gestionar órdenes de compra de clientes en sistemas de planificación de recursos empresariales (ERP).
- Registrar actividades diarias en el sistema de gestión de relaciones con clientes (CRM).
- Interacción con clientes internos y externos por teléfono, correo electrónico o reuniones presenciales.
- Seguimiento a fechas de entrega de órdenes.
- Atender consultas de clientes por correo electrónico o teléfono.
- Seguimiento a Backlog de ordenes abiertas
- Tracking a Sales.
Your profile and qualifications
- Grado en un campo de la Ingeniería.
- Preferente 3 a 5 años de experiencia en departamentos de postventa.
- Excelente trato con el cliente y habilidades de servicio al cliente.
- Nivel de inglés B1 o superior.
- Dominio de Microsoft Excel.
