
The Service Sales Engineer is responsible for the development and execution of a comprehensive sales strategy by promoting and securing sales of field services, upgrades, customized service projects, service level agreements and repairs. This role ensures a unified customer approach in collaboration with whole organization to maximize joint opportunities.
Acting as the primary voice for GEA’s complete portfolio, the Service Sales Engineer identifies and qualifies new leads, builds strong customer relationships, and delivers tailored technical and commercial solutions. Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and presentations to proposal delivery and CRM tracking—while ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines, local regulations, and contractual requirements. The position also drives market intelligence, competitive analysis, and innovative engagement strategies to strengthen customer experience and achieve sustainable growth. This position integrates an integrated business vision by incorporating data-driven insights and sustainability-focused solutions, fostering continuous improvement and value generation.
