Your responsibilities and tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive regional business transformation initiatives, particularly SAP S/4HANA implementation projects
- Establish and maintain project governance, standards, and best practices across multiple countries
- Work closely with business stakeholders (Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Sales) to ensure alignment between system capabilities and business needs
- Support the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, risk management, and delivery tracking
- Facilitate key governance forums such as Steering Committees and project review meetings
- Ensure effective resource planning, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication
- Collaborate with IT, external vendors, and implementation partners to ensure smooth execution
- Drive change management alignment, ensuring readiness in terms of communication, training, and user adoption
- Monitor project performance (KPIs, milestones, deliverables) and provide clear reporting to senior leadership
- Ensure operational readiness covering process integration, documentation, data quality, and compliance standards
Your profile and qualifications
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Engineering or Business Administration or related fields.
- 5+ Years of experience in business transformation or project management, with strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementation
- Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Commercial)
- Experience working in regional or multi-country project environments (APAC preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both business and technical teams
- Familiar with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, MS Project, Power BI, or similar reporting tools
- Ability to work in complex, matrix organizations with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel across the APAC region as required
