
Design, plan, and execute the annual security awareness program (e. g. cybersecurity, physical security, insider risk).
Produce communication materials (customer / marketing materials, newsletters, infographics, videos, practical guides, corporate messages).
Coordinate thematic awareness campaigns (e.g., Cybersecurity Awareness Month, phishing simulations, anti‑fraud campaigns, culture of security initiatives).
Provide guidance and templates to the Local Information Security Officers for communication topics on at least monthly basis.
Ensure alignment with corporate communication and branding guidelines.
Measure the impact of campaigns and deliver performance and improvement reports.
Plan and coordinate annual security events, both on‑site and virtual (security week, training sessions, workshops, expert talks).
Perform market research on awareness programs, new methodologies, and industry best practices.
Analyse trends in cybersecurity, human behaviour, and training programs to propose innovative initiatives.
Identify emerging technologies (training platforms, simulators, generative AI applied to awareness).
Prepare periodic reports with strategic recommendations for the Information Security team.
Manage the Information security content repository (internet, intranet, SharePoint, OneDrive, or internal platforms).
Support contract management, procurement requests, purchase orders, invoicing, and budget tracking.
Coordinate calendars, meetings, reporting, and maintenance of security performance metrics.
Prepare executive presentations for leadership and security committees.
Elaborate commercial articles and press releases for subsequent media distribution.
Provide support in various activities of the Information Security department.
In charge of the administrative tasks of the department (orders, supplier registrations, invoice payment follow-up...).
At least 3 years of experience performing similar functions.
Experience in internal communication
Experience in Digital Marketing.
Experience in market analysis.
Experience working with local and global multidisciplinary teams.
Experience in social media management.
Resilience and problem solving.
Ability to perform very diverse tasks at the same time.
Proactivity and perseverance.
Autonomy in the development of the functions.
Graduate in Marketing preferably, with knowledge of Digital Marketing
Security or awareness‑related training or certifications are a plus (e.g., SANS Security Awareness).
