
Projects and Production/Workshop Controlling
Prepare and analyze financial data for Projects and Production on a regular basis
Provide the Divisional CFO and Controlling team with a variety of financial data, insights, and analysis
Participate in the preparation of management reporting and presentations for the Divisional Board
Conduct ongoing analytical tasks, including ad hoc analysis, budget and forecast support, and actuals vs. plan reviews
Data Governance & Systems
Support the Master Data Governance for the NPE Division
Drive the development and improvement of divisional reporting tools (Excel, ERP/BI systems)
Project & Localization Controlling
Support and control localization projects, monitoring efficiency, spending, and profitability
Provide controlling support to internal performance initiatives, including:
Cost of Sales (CoS) analysis
Working Capital improvement
Monitoring long-term performance effects
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work in close collaboration with local Finance teams and Corporate Controlling
Support the virtual community of local Project Controllers, enforcing standardization and improving local governance
Ensure consistency and transparency of divisional-level data, standards, and methodologies
University degree with focus on finance, controlling, and logistics
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
Experience in large-scale projects or the construction industry is an advantage
Deep knowledge and skills in business, controlling, and analysis
Proficient in English
Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and strategic thinking
Excellent communication and networking skills
Ability to multitask efficiently
Willingness to travel for business
Task- and deadline-oriented mindset
Strong interest in IT and systems
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential; Power BI and S/4HANA knowledge are an advantage
