About the position
Your responsibilities and tasks
Ondersteuning Sales:
Geeft een bindend advies inzake applicatie (verpakking-, product- en machineparameters) tijdens de verkoop van nieuwe machines. Indien nodig worden testen gedaan in het Technology Centre (TC).
Overlegt met het betrokken team over de testresultaten en over mogelijke alternatieven, speelt in op nieuwe gegevenheden en ideeën.
Vervaardigt zichtmonsters en verleent op verzoek assistentie bij beurzen en seminars.
Ondersteunt de factory- dan wel site acceptance test.
Ondersteunt bij applicatieproblemen zowel tijdens montage als bij klanten.
Levert een bijdrage aan trainingen in de vorm van concrete
kennisoverdracht. Het betreft instructie van GEA-medewerkers (o.a. service monteurs, montage medewerkers, engineering & development en verkoop), maar ook van operators en monteurs van klanten.
Verleent praktische ondersteuning aan ontwikkelingsactiviteiten zowel tijdens de ideeën fase als ook het testen van de ontwikkelde nieuwe functionaliteit.
Het opstellen van applicatie specifieke parameters (specificaties).
Beheer Technology Center.
Zorgt mede voor het schoonhouden, de inrichting, inventaris en beschikbaarheid van het TC.
Your profile and qualifications
MBO+/HBO werk-/denkniveau in een technische of bedrijfskundige richting.
Communicatief sterk in talen Nederlands en Engels.
Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in verpakkingstechnologie.
Bereid om circa 10-20% te reizen.
