
The Senior Manager Service Heating & Refrigeration Technologies CZ will report to the Service Director. The main purpose of this role is to manage the daily operations of the assigned regional service team, plan service capacity, coordinate technicians, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
This position combines operational management with a strong focus on sales to the existing customer base – emphasizing planning efficiency, contractual performance, and service business development.
Planning and organizing service capacity within the assigned region
Coordinating the work of service technicians
Actively communicating with and supporting existing customers
Identifying upselling opportunities (spare parts, service agreements, modernization)
Service sales
Collaborating with the New sales team, Head of Service and Execution team on growth strategy
Monitoring performance, cost efficiency, and profitability of the service Branch
