Your responsibilities and tasks
- Assist with preparing journal entries and related supporting documentation.
- Support balance sheet reconciliations and investigate reconciling items.
- Assist in gathering and organizing data for month-end close activities.
- Help prepare account analyses and financial reports.
- Support intercompany reconciliation processes and data validation efforts.
- Assist with inventory, overhead, and operational finance reporting.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with tax and statutory reporting support activities.
- Help identify discrepancies in financial data and escalate issues as appropriate.
- Support special projects, process improvement initiatives, and ad hoc analyses.
- Learn and apply accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- Junior or Senior standing preferred.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior internships, campus leadership, or relevant project experience is a plus.
- Experience with ERP systems, Power BI, Dynamics, or SAP is a plus.
- Travel Required: Minimal (5%)
