Your responsibilities and tasks
- Bearbeitung von nationalen und internationalen Angebotsanfragen sowie Kundenaufträgen
- Professionelle Beratung unserer Kunden zu technischen und kaufmännischen Fragestellungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit und Unterstützung des Außendienstes im gesamten Verkaufsprozess
- Erstellung und Pflege von Angeboten und Aufträgen in SAP R/3, inklusive Pflege der Stammdaten
- Sie agieren als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Vertrieb, Technik, Produktion und weiteren internen Abteilungen
- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Bestell- und Abwicklungsprozesses
Your profile and qualifications
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit technischem Hintergrund oder technische Ausbildung / technisches Studium
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst, idealerweise im Bereich erklärungsbedürftiger Investitionsgüter
- Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und hohe Affinität zu technischen Produktlösungen
- Hohe Kundenorientierung, Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit SAP (R/3) wünschenswert
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (B2/C1) in Wort und Schrift
