Your responsibilities and tasks
Aufnahme und Bearbeitung von Problemstellungen unserer Kunden sowie der Servicetechniker inkl. Unterstützung bei der technischen Analyse und Lösungsfindung (z. B. per Telefon, E-Mail oder Serviceberichte)
Ganzheitliche Steuerung des Ersatzteil- und Tooling-Prozesses inklusive täglicher Bearbeitung und Auswertung von Serviceberichten der GEA-Techniker
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Servicekoordination, Servicetechnikern und Vertrieb sowie interne Abstimmung mit angrenzenden Abteilungen (z. B. 2nd Level Support und Werke)
Identifikation und Klärung von Ersatzteilen anhand von Maschinendokumentationen sowie technische Abstimmung mit den Produktionswerken
Beratung von Kunden bei abgekündigten Bauteilen und Bearbeitung von Gewährleistungsfällen
Technische Ausarbeitung von Wartungsverträgen sowie Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kundendaten (Installed Base)
Mitwirkung an Digitalisierungsprojekten (z. B. Remote Services, Customer Portal, GEA Cloud, Maintenance Tools, Apps) und Teilnahme an der technischen Support-Hotline
Your profile and qualifications
- Technische Ausbildung, z. B. Industriemechanik, (Industrie-) elektrik, Mechatronik, Anlagenbau etc.
- Mindestens 3 Jahre technische Erfahrung
- Umfangreiche Kenntnisse im Bereich Mechanik, Pneumatik, Hydraulik und Elektrotechnik
- Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
- SAP-Kenntnisse wünschenswert (u.a. CRM und FSM)
- SPS-Kenntnisse wünschenswert (B&R-Steuerungen)
- MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
